Process preparedness. Can this company receive capital cleanly?
The four patterns
Strong at one, weak at the other
- High IQ, low FR: attractive but underprepared. Address readiness gaps.
- Low IQ, high FR: polished but weak. Investigate the business substance.
- High on both: true capital readiness.
- Low on both: not yet.
