Elevent Index Academy introduces the Elevent Index framework by Dr. Bitan Ghosh. This policy describes the current Academy website, not every website or service linked from it. For privacy questions, email contact@bitanghosh.com.
Training progress and live scores
Your lesson progress, quiz selections, workshop dimension scores, selected startup stage and facilitator progress are saved in your browser’s local storage. This lets you resume on the same browser and device. The current application does not send these saved training records to a server-side account or database.
You can use “Reset everything” on the homepage or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. These actions remove or reset your local training information; they do not delete information already sent to an AI service or by email. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see saved progress.
Dr. Ghosh AI companion
Dr. Ghosh is an AI training companion, not a live conversation with the author. When you send a message, your question and recent conversation history are sent to the Academy server and its AI service through Replit’s OpenAI integration to generate a response.
The current application does not save conversations in a chat database. Messages remain in the page’s memory until you clear the conversation or reload the page. Hosting and AI providers may process or retain request data under their own policies; clearing the chat does not erase their records.
Live workshop scores are not automatically included in chat requests. Anything you choose to type into the chat is sent for processing. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, personal identifiers, confidential investment documents or sensitive personal information. AI responses may be inaccurate and are not professional investment advice.
Technical information and storage
The server uses an IP address temporarily to limit repeated AI requests and protect the service from misuse. Operational logs record information such as request paths, times, response status and errors. The hosting platform may also process technical connection and security information needed to deliver the website.
The Academy uses local storage for training progress and session storage for temporary presentation messages. Advertising trackers and dedicated visitor analytics have not been added to the current application. Hosting services may use their own essential technical storage.
Email contact
The “Contact by email” button opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically. If you send an email to contact@bitanghosh.com, your email address, message and any attachments are processed by the recipient and email providers to respond to your enquiry. Email correspondence is separate from this website’s local training storage.
Service providers and external links
Hosting and AI services process information to operate the Academy. Their processing and retention rules are separate from this application’s local storage. Depending on the service, processing may occur outside your country.
The main Elevent Index website, book retailers, LinkedIn and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting information. You can also review the Replit privacy policy and OpenAI privacy policy.
Your choices and requests
You can use the lessons without using the AI companion or sending an email. You can reset locally saved progress, clear chat messages and remove browser storage at any time.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have provided. Send privacy enquiries to contact@bitanghosh.com. Provider-held records may require a request to the relevant provider, and requests may be subject to legal or security requirements.
Security and policy updates
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Share only information appropriate for this educational website. If the Academy’s data practices change, this page should be updated and its revision date changed accordingly.
